Summer Explorers- SOLD OUT 1.png

Sunny weather, longer days, and a break from school makes summer the perfect season for fun. At Clark County Food Bank, we like for our summers to be not only radically fun but also radically compassionate. That's why we started the Summer Explorers program: where kids can play, make new friends, enjoy the sunshine, and learn what it means to be a compassionate leader in our community.

Anyone looking to have adventure this summer, but specifically students entering Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade this fall.

Tell me more . . .

Summer Explorers is a fun, active, silly, and meaningful day camp for kids. We do a little bit of everything here: nickname pet chickens, geek out on slimy experiments, compete in special-ingredient cooking challenges, scavenge for bugs and slugs at the farm, show off our odd-ball skills in Camp Olympics, and the list goes on.

The goal of Summer Explorers is to engage kids in wacky fun, while also instilling leadership and the importance of compassion. A true win at the end of camp is for kid's to walk away with smiling faces, unique experiences, cool swag and crafts, and a desire to do more for others.

Okay, I'm in!
Now, how do I sign up?

1. Choose a session:

Session 1- FULL

August 6, 7, 8
9:00 am - 4:00 pm

session 2

August 8, 9, 10
9:00 am - 4:00 pm

2. Reserve your spot:

There are only a limited number of spots available for each session. So, don't miss out on a summer of fun. Register today!

3. Check your Inbox:

While we want camp to be as outrageously fun as possible, we also want it to be as safe as possible. Keep an eye out for follow-up emails containing important camp details as well as the Medical Release Form that needs to be completed before camp.

4. Bring a friend!

You're going to meet a lot of fun, amazing, NEW friends at this year's camp. Still, sometimes what makes a summer camp even more fun is bringing along your best friends. Be sure to give a shout-out to your friends and remind them to sign up today.
