Looking Ahead: Our 3-Year Vision
We wanted you to be among the first to hear about our new strategic initiatives. Our board and staff came together to dream about where Clark County Food Bank should be heading. The result is a 3-Year Vision that outlines how we will deepen impact, strengthen partnerships, and expand access for families across Clark County.
Power in Partnership
With more than 50 partner agencies, collaboration remains at the heart of our mission. Over the next three years, we will continue investing in training, grants, and shared resources to ensure our partners are strong and resilient. Together, this network is reaching more neighbors and creating a community-rooted system that meets needs  with dignity.
Rooted in Results
Hunger is rarely solved by food alone. Through pilot programs and Food+ initiatives, hundreds of families have already accessed nutrition education, financial literacy, job training and resource navigation. Early results show majority of participants  have reported greater stability and confidence. These measurable outcomes demonstrate how addressing the root causes of hunger creates lasting change beyond a single meal.
Every Door Open
Access to food must be as flexible as the lives of the people we serve. Each year, thousands of neighbors are reached through mobile markets, delivery programs, and outreach efforts that make healthy, culturally relevant food available at more places, in more languages, and at more times of day. Expanding this work will ensure no family has to face barriers when seeking support.
As President, Emily Straw shares: βThe next three years hold tremendous potential, and we cannot do it alone. We plan to hold listening sessions, gather input from donors, volunteers, and clients, and study community needs to identify gaps and opportunities. Your feedback will help shape how this vision becomes reality.β
