FOOD DISTRIBUTION

 

Our Mission is to Alleviate Hunger and its Root Causes

 We accomplish this primarily through the distribution of shelf-stable food, fresh produce, frozen and refrigerated food, and bulk dry food products to our network of partner agencies in our county. This network of agencies and meal-serving organizations serve under resourced seniors, individuals, families, and children of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. These agencies include charitable emergency food pantries and nonprofit food and meal sites located throughout the county.


FOOD COLLECTION & DISTRIBUTION

We distribute over 10 million pounds of food each year. This ultimately translates to around 8.2 million meals.
